Levy Payments

Levy Notice

Your levy notice will be forwarded approximately two weeks prior to the due date. The notice will list the levy due, interest on outstanding contributions and any miscellaneous charges.

Levies are due on the first day of the quarterly period (or other period as decided by the owners). Special levies are due on the date shown on the notice.

Interest

If payment is not made one month after the due date, interest is charged at the rate of 10% in accordance with relevant legislation.
