As a respected leader, Philip has built and developed a dedicated team of experienced professionals who work collaboratively to deliver effective, responsive and tailored strata management solutions. Simone Bartley
Strata Manager
Simone commenced her career in the strata industry in 2020 as a Strata Assistant and progressing through the roles of Assistant Strata Manager, Portfolio Manager, and now Strata Manager, a position she has held for the past three years.
With experience across Residential, Commercial, Building Management Committee (BMC), and company title properties, Simone has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in strata management. She is known for building strong and lasting relationships with committees, owners, contractors, and industry professionals, fostering collaboration and delivering practical outcomes tailored to each scheme's needs.
Organised, approachable, and solutions-focused, Simone is committed to providing exceptional service and guiding her clients through the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges of strata living with confidence and professionalism.
Sushmitha Baskar

Sushmitha brings nine years of experience across the property industry, including strata administration and financial operations. She joined Comfort Living Strata Management in 2021 and holds a Certificate IV in Strata Management, a Diploma of Property (Agency Management), a Class 1 Real Estate Licence, and a Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence.
With a keen eye for detail and an organised approach, Sushmitha supports the financial and administrative needs of strata schemes. She works closely with owners, committees, strata managers and contractors, maintaining accurate records and helping resolve enquiries efficiently. She has received positive client feedback for her helpful approach, clear communication, and commitment to delivering reliable service.
Andria Theocharous
Strata Manager
Andria is a highly capable and professional strata manager who has been in the strata industry since 2023. She brings confidence, organisation and a calm, considered approach to every situation. She has a particular ability to remain composed and in control during meetings, even when discussions are challenging or involve differing opinions.
Her communication style is assertive yet respectful, allowing her to guide discussions effectively while ensuring that all parties have an opportunity to be heard.
